Michael Reiter
Michael Reiter is a seasoned municipal litigator and public law attorney with over two and a half decades of experience representing California school districts, municipalities, special districts, and public officials. A. Partner at Mundell, Odlum & Haws, LLP, he focuses on defending public entities in civil litigation and providing general counsel services to local agencies across Southern California.
Michael is known for providing personalized legal service with a practical, optimistic approach. He works closely with clients to achieve reasonable objectives through clear communication, responsiveness, and efficient strategy.

Michael previously served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Yucaipa, and as Assistant City Attorney and Agency Counsel for the City of Redlands. He began his public law career as Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Bernardino. In these roles, he prosecuted code violations, advised on enforcement and human resources matters, and represented cities in litigation.
